Continued collaboration with Dencam and Vestas
CASC is proud to announce its latest collaboration with Dencam and Vestas; leading OEMs in mould composites and wind turbines respectively. These continued partnerships are testament to a mutual respect and vision to advance the global transition to renewable energy through innovation and quality engineering.
CASC, Dencam and Vestas have a history of successful collaboration, with the recent production of a state-of-the-art blade mould walkway system that facilitated the construction of the world’s largest wind turbine blades. This project showcased CASC’s ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet the demanding standards of the wind energy industry.
Continuing this partnership, CASC are excited to embark on the next chapter, focusing again on the powerful V236-15.0 MW™ wind turbine. CASC have aided in the design and will be assembling another state-of-the-art mould walkway system that will allow vital blade components to be manufactured safely and efficiently. Blades of this scale must be manufactured within the most stringent of tolerances so ensuring their safe and precise assembly is vital for the overall performance and reliability of the turbine.
