Our journey into offshore wind began in 2016, when CASC was approached by Van Oord, followed by Vestas, to support early preassembly activities for the Walney Extension project in Belfast. During this phase, we quickly established a reputation as effective problem solvers, able to anticipate potential challenges and deliver practical, real-time solutions without impacting the project programme.

Backed by Engineering Excellence

This performance led to further involvement in the project, including the mobilisation of all quayside equipment for Siemens Energy during the second phase of the extension. Building on this success, we developed a distinctive, engineering-backed professional services offering, which has since been exported globally. To date, CASC has successfully delivered more than 60 projects worldwide.
