Laser Welding 

Laser welding delivers fast, precise and low-distortion welds, producing clean, high-quality joints with exceptional consistency. The highly concentrated heat input significantly reduces rework, minimises heat-affected zones and shortens overall production times when compared with traditional MIG and TIG welding methods. This level of control prevents material distortion or warping, making laser welding ideal for delicate or high-tolerance components.

Robotic Welding 

CASC’s Valk Robotic Welding Cell maintains the same weld parameters precisely, reducing defects and ensuring uniform results every time. It’s capable of welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium with up to 25mm thickness. This intuitive machine can process various materials, making it perfect for high-volume work, as it can easily interchange materials.
