Waterjet Cutting

Close-up of a waterjet cutter slicing a sheet of metal, with water and spray around the cutting nozzle.

overview

Our cutting-edge 5-axis waterjet cutting technology delivers advanced 3D cutting across a wide range of materials up to 250mm thick. This includes mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, hardened metals, brass, copper, titanium, stone, composites, rubber, glass, plastics and ceramics.

Cold waterjet profiling eliminates heat-affected zones and work hardening associated with gas or plasma cutting. This reduces secondary machining requirements, improves part quality, and maximises overall manufacturing efficiency.
