What We’re Looking For 

As Store & Logistics Co-ordinator, you will support the renewables team, ensuring that tools, equipment and materials are accurately controlled, tracked and maintained for project use.

This is a hands-on, varied role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and effective use of asset and stock management systems.


  • Previous experience in a store, logistics, warehouse or project support role

  • International shipping experience would be advantageous

  • Experience working with asset management or stock control systems is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

  • Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with project teams

  • A reliable team player who can also work independently and use initiative

Job Description 

  • Coordinate the allocation, scheduling, and utilisation of site equipment to support Renewables projects and optimise operational efficiency

  • Control tools, lifting equipment and project materials, ensuring accurate tracking and availability

  • Prepare reports on equipment status, utilisation rates, and maintenance activities for management review.

  • Co-ordinate the dispatch of containers and contents for international projects.

  • Prepare international shipping manifests, customs declarations, and transport documentation

  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents, monitoring shipment progress and providing regular updates

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates

  • Identify, highlight and assist in resolving issues such as quantity discrepancies or quality defects

  • Arrange appropriate equipment inspections and checks in line with company procedures

  • Ensure any issues identified during equipment checks are followed up on and resolved in timely and cost-effective manner

  • Upload all site and project equipment onto the asset management system with the required level of detail

  • Set up and manage maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

  • Liaise with renewables and engineering colleagues to support project readiness and mobilisation

  • Support stocktakes, audits and continuous improvement of stores and asset control processes
