What We’re Looking For 

Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting project teams working away from home?

As a Project Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to our renewables project teams.  This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


  •  Previous experience in a similar administrative or project support role (highly advantageous)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proven time-management skills, including diary management and coordination for others

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams)

  • Experience using Xero would be beneficial (full training will be provided)

  • Procurement experience (sourcing prices, materials and liaising with suppliers) is desirable but not essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

  • A flexible, agile approach with the ability to respond to changing priorities

  • A team player who can also work independently and use initiative to solve problems

  • Personable manner with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to support colleagues across the wider business

Job Description 

  • Source and book flights, accommodation and car hire within agreed budgets and project criteria

  • Manage passport and visa applications, ensuring lead times are met

  • Assist with site-entry compliance documentation and project paperwork

  • Compile and track project costings

  • Take minutes at project meetings and issue actions in a timely manner

  • Complete weekly timesheets for payroll, liaising with Installation Leads regarding hours worked, downtime and leave

  • Provide general administrative support to the Renewables team as required
