What We’re Looking For
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of materials, goods, and information across our supply chain. Working closely with Production, Sales, Design, and our supplier base, this role is ideal for someone energetic, communicative, and highly organised—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Proven experience in a busy supply chain, logistics, or administrative environment
An outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys working with colleagues and suppliers
Someone highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Excellent attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or stock management systems is an advantage
Job Description
Prepare all dispatch documentation for outbound goods
Obtain Mill Certificates from suppliers as requested
Deal with customer queries on progress with orders and complete open order reports
Support production scheduling and workflow planning
Assist with supply chain purchasing, including sourcing materials, consumables, and services
Contribute to logistical planning and coordination
Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure optimal service and competitive pricing
Work collaboratively with Production, Design, and Sales teams to support timely stock deliveries in line with customer demand
Obtain Mill Certificates from suppliers as needed
Identify and help improve process inefficiencies
