What We’re Looking For
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing, warehouse or assembly role
Good attention to detail as accuracy is key
Ability to read and follow drawings, works orders and pick lists
Good organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
A flexible, proactive approach - no two days are the same
High standards of organisation and housekeeping
Full clean driving licence (desirable for occasional deliveries)
Job Description
Picking and preparing kits for production
Creating and checking kits against work orders and bills of materials
Ensuring all parts are accurate, complete and meet quality standards
Reporting stock shortages or discrepancies
Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records
Supporting goods-in and goods-out as required
Maintaining a clean, organised work environment
Assisting colleagues across the wider team as needed
Carrying out occasional deliveries
Following all health and safety procedures
